6/30/2017 Thunderstorm damage Schodack near exit 12.
On Friday, June 30th, at approximately 4:15 PM, a strong thunderstorm passed thru Schodack near I-90 exit 12 with sufficient energy to
blow down a fireworks tent and uproot several trees. 4 injured people were transported to the hospital.

Anniversary of the Fireman's Home in Hudson, New York. As part of the weekend's events, a spectacular parade, coordinated by the Fireman's
Association of New York State (FASNY) in partnership with the Hudson Fire Department's Inspection Day Parade, was conducted on the streets
in the City of Hudson and concluded at the Fireman's Home.[...]

On Sunday, April 30th, the East Greenbush Fire Company participated in the FASNY state wide program
to recruit new members into the volunteer fire service. "Volunteer fire departments need more than firefighters. You can use your skills to
benefit the volunteer fire service in a number of ways. Visit your local department to see how you can truly make a difference."
On Friday April 7th the third East Greenbush Fire Company Fish and Chips Night
was held in the Phillips Rd Banquet Hall. The last Fish Night will be April 14th.

across a pond and broke through the ice. He was in about five and a half of water, that was

The gala 101st Annual Installation and
Inspection of the East Greenbush Fire Company was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in
Troy, New York on Saturday January 21, 2017.
The traditional inspection of the members was performed by East Greenbush Fire District
No. 3 Commissioner Michael Benson, Sr. Fire Company Chaplin Fr. Joseph O’Brien provided the evening’s Invocation.[...]

was toned out for a large shed fire on Best Road with day-time mutual aid &
special calls for tankers. Engine 8 originally was called to cover in
