On March 27th 2019 at 3:24 pm East Greenbush Fire Department was dispatched for a confirmed Garage fire on Donnelly Dr. with smoke blowing over Phillips Rd.
Engine 9 arrived and found a grass fire which had extended into the wall of the detached garage.
A retired firefighter had contained the spread of the fire with a garden hose. Engine 9 pulled a 1-3/4" hose, extingished and overhauled the fire.
