At approximately 9:44 on Sunday, the East Greenbush Fire Department was alerted for a reported structure fire at a restaurant in the Walmart Plaza.
Car 1, Car 3, Car 4, Truck 11, 117, 118, 119, Rescue 11, and Utility 11 responded.
Truck 11 and Engine 7 took the rear of the building and the source of the smoke was quickly found, and the area and roof was checked for any extension.
Fans were used to exhaust the smoke from the building.
