At approximately 8:47 am the EGECC alerted the East Greenbush Fire Department of a possible kitchen fire on Columbia Turnpike.
The business was reporting a fire in the kitchen and that they were evacuating the structure.
Car 3 arrived and ordered engine 7 to stretch a 1-3/4" line into the kitchen to extinguish the grease fire Truck 11, arrived
and laddered the roof to check for extension.
Units operated on scene checking for extension and ventilating the structure. Units operating on scene were Cars 3,
Engines 7, 8, and 9, Rescue 11 and Truck 11.
