3/20/2022 signal 30 fire Brinker Drive South in Defreestville.

        At 5:38 PM on March 20, 2022,DeFreestville and Wynantskill Fire Departments police were dispatched to 30 Brinker Dr South for a reported structure fire. Initial calls stated the house was fully involved with possible entrapment. DeFreestville Car three arrived and immediately struck the 2nd alarm for tankers due to poor water pressure. Meanwhile One occupant was rescued from the residence by a neighbor who courageously entered the back of the house and was able to move the resident to safety.
        At approximately 1745hrs, the East Greenbush Fire Department was transmitted for the second alarm assignment. East Greenbush Car 3 (M. Benson, Jr.), Car 4 (M. Lansing), and Engine 8 with a full crew under the command of Captain, N. Liuzzi responded to the scene. Engine 7 with a full crew responded to the Defreestville Fire Station for the cover assignment.
Upon arrival, Car 3 was assigned a Staging Officer position by Defreestville command and the crew of Engine 8 with Car 4 were assigned fire suppression operations on the C and D side of the structure. Car 3 placed units at the fire scene back in service at 1938hrs. Engine 7 was released from the cover assignment at 1959hrs.
